Light green “Amazonite” Microcline feldspar (fluorescent in a blue color SW), green Diopside, yellow Andradite, some colorless Quartz (locally rare mineral), green SW fluorescing Willemite (rare association to Microcline), bright red SW fluorescent Calcite, and burnt orange-brown SW fluorescent Fluorapatite.
Brief phosphorescent flash on the Calcite, some of the Willemite is short lived phosphorescent.

To show the fluorescent response the specimen was illuminated using 6 watt 254nm (Short Wave) / 366nm (Long Wave) UVGL-58 lamp (you need a proper UV light source to observe the fluorescence, more powerful lamp = brighter response).
